Mind Bliss Yoga Academy is all about training students on ways of channelling energies to transform health and bring flow to life starting from external physical yoga to inner self-healing practices. Our academy is a powerhouse that fuels thoughts, body, health, and happiness levels. We strive to spread the yogic tradition across borders and unite humanity in one spirit. Yoga means union, our students learn physical postures, asanas, etc. as well as inner calming and meditation techniques to unite the body, mind, and emotions. We have designed Yoga TTC for more than one form of yoga, Meditation TTCs, and more, where we create an ambience and culture that nourishes the soul.

Founder's Vision

The founders of Mind Bliss Yoga Academy have a precious vision of combining health, harmonies, and balance of life energies for the well-being of our students. We aim at treating the art and science of yoga at a deep, soulful level where students access their inner energy space and transform that energy into a power that exudes outwards and inspires many others. Keeping our approach genuine, and traditional we impart the profound wisdom developed and spread by our ancient gurus.

With this holistic vision, we aim to address the vices of modern lifestyles and urban cultures. We target uplifting every aspect of our student’s personality right from physical health to mental strength to emotional resilience. By delving into the profound healing and transformative aspects of the various yoga practices we teach, we created truly impactful yoga & meditation training programs. Our approach not only nurtures individuals who embrace the benefits of yoga but also encourages them to become inspiring leaders. They carry the essence of yoga, spreading its wisdom and positively influencing countless lives further in their teaching journey.

We aim to use the power of the ancient practices of yoga, meditation, and awareness-building to transform modern lives in the following areas:

  • Physical Strength – A combination of authentic asanas, breathwork, expressive teachers, and ancient yogic wisdom forms our curriculum. This is in tune with our vision to make our students stronger physically, as a fit and agile body is the first step to holistic well-being. It is also very important in modern times where sedentary lifestyles and time crunches may be a limiting factor for physical health.
  • Mental Power – Having such a real-time scenario in front of us that demonstrates mental instability and tensions on the rise, we focus on using yoga and meditation to heal this. We teach well-designed meditation and yogic practices that calm the mind, relax the thought process, and release tensions. This is very important, keeping in mind our vision of empowering students to face unexpected mental challenges of the dynamic times.
  • Emotional Resilience – Our soulful and intense practices in the field of yoga and meditation, help students detoxify emotionally. Where communication and understanding have gone down, people have a load of pent-up emotions that they carry and which even manifests as ill-health. We focus on cleansing students emotionally, releasing such emotions and in addition, teaching them to handle any emotions in future with openness, awareness, and flow. Yin Yoga is a useful tool that supports this vision.
  • Wholesome Health – Having said that, our approach is wholesome, genuine and unique. Our students do not just benefit from all this but become useful mentors who help the entire society in turn.

  • We supply all bedding provisions, be it comfortable bed sheets, or pillows and blankets.
  • The rooms have utilities like tables, side tables, lockers, and electric charging points, along with round-the-clock water supply and free Wi-Fi.
  • You may also access irons and keep your clothes organised and fresh.
  • We use the best lighting to make your rooms and even the exteriors of the premises well-lit and soothing.
